A & R Rental Service Agreement

By ordering a container, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• All prices include one dump

• All containers are to be filled no more than level, unless in the case of concrete, dirt or asphault which are to be no more than 2/3 full.

• Customer agrees to pay $35.00 per ton over the ton limit on the container ordered.

• All containers have a 14 day rental period.

• We will not issue a pick-up on the container until our office is notified that the container is ready for pick-up. After the above rental period has expired, the cost is $8.00 per day. A confirmation number will be supplied to you when you call in for pick-up.

• Customer will not put any restricted items in the container, a list can be found under the Acceptable Waste page.

• There are too be no vehicles blocking the container after it has been called in for pick-up. If A & R Rental attempts to pick up a container and cannot access it, a $100.00 trip charge will be applied.
